Before you place an order, it is recommended that you first purchase samples of the designs/finishes that you are considering. Once the sample is returned (within 30 days), you will be fully refunded. Shipping is free both ways.
HOW TO ORDER A SAMPLE
1) Choose the design and the finish and add them to your cart. Quantities of one will be treated as a sample. If you do not see the finish you require, please contact me and see if I can provide you with one.
2) Go to your cart and you will be guided through the checkout process. You can either keep the sample or post it back to me within 30 days and be fully refunded.
If you are delighted with your choice, go through the website to order the quantities you need or contact me directly. I will contact you via email to give you the approximate lead time for your hardware.
Samples that have been damaged cannot be fully refunded. Please wrap your samples when returning to avoid scratches etc.
SHIPPING:
Shipping and sample returns are free within the US.
If shipping is international, please contact us for a quote plus any additional taxes and duties.
RETURNS
Pruskin Hardware is entirely handmade to order, and once an order has been placed, it is non-refundable.
I aim to make the highest possible quality work. Being handmade, there is a normal variation, but mishaps do happen and can be overlooked. If this is the case, please let me know within 14 days of receipt.
If it is mutually agreed that an item has issues, a full return will be happily provided, and return shipping is free.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts are available for quantity and design professionals.
SALES:
All sales (apart from sales of sample hardware) are final. Under some special circumstances, solely at the discretion of Pruskin Hardware, returns may be approved. In this case, restocking fees and/or transaction fees may apply.
LEAD TIME:
The standard lead time is 4-14 weeks for all items if in inventory (depending on the size of the order), and up to 22 weeks if bronze casting is required. Custom items will have additional lead times. The lead time is calculated starting from the date payment/deposit is received.
Please remember that lead times, quoted completion dates, and quoted delivery dates are estimates only. Due to the very handmade nature of our hardware, Pruskin Hardware cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
